POTSDAM — Niles Financial Group, including Niles Asset Management, Inc., and Niles & Sons Real Property Holdings, LLC,  has established a third company, “Niles Insurance Agency, LLC”.  

“We are very excited to offer the north country yet another financial service”, according to Terry L Niles, an owner of the new company. “Our primary goal is to provide a personalized service to help clients meet their insurance needs, consistent with the same quality service that clients have come to expect at Niles Asset Management, Inc.”  

The new company will offer both personal and commercial insurance lines.  

Niles explains that, along with his sons Ryan and Graham, the long-term goal has been to develop several companies under “Niles Financial Group”, that together represent an array of financial services.  

According to Niles, insurance is another part of financial planning. Just as is the case with wealth management, developing a plan to insure physical assets, whether it be your home or your auto, is also an important part of financial planning and risk management.

Niles, a Certified Financial Planner, has been in the financial business for well over 40 years.

“My sons and I have lived in the North Country all our lives.  We understand the financial needs of north country residents. Consequently, we feel we are better equipped to assist them in understanding their current insurance needs, and help them develop a package that fits their budget as well.  We don’t want to be just another insurance agency, but rather a “one stop shop” to provide comprehensive financial management,” he said.

Hours are Tuesday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
