The Center for Businesses in Transition provides free matchmaking services to business owners transitioning into retirement with potential buyers, access to planning tools and connection with existing services.
The goal of the CBIT is to help existing businesses find the right buyer to purchase their business and to invest in their community.
CBIT can assist businesses in selling on the open market, transfer to a family member or convert it into an employee-owned or co-op model.
